Q. How do I disable my pop-up blocker(s)?
Below are some of the most common programs that use pop-up/ad blockers. Please follow the instructions specific to the program you have installed to disable them. After viewing the webcast, the blockers can be re-enabled by following the same instructions.
Please note: You may have more than one of these installed on your system.
Toolbars
AOL
 AOL TOOLBAR
To disable the pop up blocker, click on the Allowed / Blocked button on the AOL toolbar.
You should now be able to view the program.

Google
 GOOGLE TOOLBAR
The Google Toolbar is provided by Google to facilitate searching the web, as well as providing pop-up blocking.
This pop-up blocker is part of a menu bar and appears in the browser as follows:
Click on the Blocked button to allow programs from StratosFour to appear on your computer.
You should now be able to view the program.

MSN
 MSN SEARCH TOOLBAR
Step 1:: On the MSN Toolbar, click the arrow next to the Pop-ups Blocked button.
Step 2:: Click on Allow Pop-ups for this Site.
Step 3:: You will receive the following confirmation window. Click on OK.
You should now be able to view the program.

Yahoo!
 YAHOO TOOLBAR
Step 1:: Click on the Yahoo Toolbar's popup blocker icon option arrow.
This arrow is pointing down beside of the popup blocker icon.
Step 2:: Click the entry Always Allow Pop-Ups From....
Step 3:: Select www.stratosfour.com from the Sources of Recently Blocked Pop-Ups list and click Allow, then click Close.
You should now be able to view the program.

Browsers & Security
Netscape
 NETSCAPE
Netscape's pop-up blocker is integrated into the browser, much like the pop-up blocker for Internet Explorer.
To allow programs from StratosFour: From the Edit menu, select the Preferences option.
Click on the arrow beside the Privacy & Security option on the left-hand side of the window, to make it display the options shown above.
Click on the Popup Windows option as shown above.
Click on the Allowed Sites button. You will receive the following window:
Type www.stratosfour.com in the Allow popups from the following web sites box and click Add and then OK.
Click OK to close the Preferences window.
You should now be able to view the program.

Norton
 NORTON INTERNET SECURITY/FIREWALL
To disable pop-up blocking in Norton's Internet Security/Firewall, do the following:
Bring up Norton Internet Security's/Firewall's main window. This can be accomplished by opening the Windows Start menu,
selecting Programs (or All Programs) and then Norton Firewall.
A window like the following should appear:
Click on the Ad Blocking line.
Click on the Turn Off button.
Close the window.
You should now be able to view the program.
When you are finished with the webcast, you can go back in and click Turn On to re-enable your pop-up blocker.

XP SP2
 WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2
The Windows XP Service Pack 2 pop-up blocker is built into Internet Explorer.
Step 1: On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings
Step 2: Type www.stratosfour.com in the Address of Web site to allow box, and click Add and then Close.
You should now be able to view the program.
